Workshop 1
The main workshop is 20'x16' and was originally purpose built as a potters studio. At the moment it is a furniture makers workshop, but is suitable for many other uses. It is very light and airy, with velux windows in the pitched roof. It is served by double doors, which allow good access.
The workshop is currently heated by a woodburning stove. There are a good number of standard power points, as well as 2 x 16 amp and 1 x 32 amp sockets. There is a mains water supply hooked up to a large Belfast sink.
The building is well insulated and soundproofed. It has permission for business use as a studio/workshop. Business rates are currently only £12 per month!
There is additional room for light storage in the roofspace.
Workshop 2
At the front of the house is a smaller workshop/studio/office of timber construction. It is well insulated and currently serves as a bookbinders studio. It has a built in wrap-around workbench, and plenty of power points.
